The insurance offered at the time of purchase is a guarantee associated with each of the modules which gives you access to updates this one as well as technical support for a given period (3 months / 12 months).

With the insurance you benefit, during the subscribed period, from:

- Access to all minor and major updates of the module

- Access to compatibility updates with any new version of the software, whether major (e.g.: PrestaShop 1.7) or minor (e.g.: PrestaShop 1.7.7).

- Corrective versions (e.g.: 1.7.7.8).

- Unlimited support as long as the subscription is active (questions regarding the use of the product and the resolution of technical problems related to the product)

Note: insurance does not include specific, personalized on-demand and tailor-made developments for your online store.
